Walking Cane Company wants you to be extremely pleased with your order. We believe that we manufacture and source the very finest product available in the world today, and we stand behind every product we sell in order to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and any other associated charges) within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in new condition and has not been modified or shortened from its original length (See Original Length below) and all original packaging, manuals/paperwork is included with the return in a resalable condition. Original Length
If you purchased a Harvy Walking Cane and it has been shortened from its original manufactured length it is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
If you have purchased a WCC walking cane (Walking Cane Company) and is shorter than 36” it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Additional Notes on Returns:
If the purchase price of any Harvy item is over $250 there is a 30% restocking fee.
All items must be sent back to Walking Cane Company (unless noted by us otherwise when you contact us for return) at the buyer's expense. We recommend insuring your package against loss by your chosen carrier and using a carrier that provides tracking for packages.
If you order qualified for free shipping and is returned we will subtract actual shipping and handling charged from your refund. All Items returned must be in resalable condition.

Refund Process

 We will issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. We do not issue cash refunds.
After 30 days items may not be returned.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for items requiring repackaging.

Free Cane Sizing
WalkingCaneCo.com will gladly cut your cane off to the length you desire free of charge. If we fail to size your cane WalkingCaneCo.com is not responsible for any shipping charges if you choose to send the cane back for resizing.

Warranty Info:

All our products come with a six month limited warranty against manufacture defects. All returned items will be inspected by us and in some cases the original manufacture will inspect as well. If something is broken or damaged and there is a visible mark from abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair or general wear/tear the item will be considered non-returnable. 
Also, walking canes that have evidence of abuse, dropping, or where the handle/cane has been damaged while used as leverage for lifting one's self out of seating are not eligible for warranty replacement or refund. If unsure, you must please call our customer service or e-mail us with your item in question. 

Custom Work

Items designated as "custom" or "personalized" to customer’s specifications, such-as custom handles extra long shafts, precious metal work and special machining.
There are no refunds for custom work. We will try are best to give the customer what they want and make small Adjustment / modification after the job is complete if we feel the request is reasonable. In this case the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with altering custom work.

My Item was damaged in shipping what do I do?
WalkingCaneCo.com provides insurance for the first $100 of your purchase free of charge, if your purchase is over $100 you will have the option of buying additional insurance during the check out process.
Please inspect items upon arrival if you notice any damage to the packaging you must note this with the shipper immediately. Then contact us via phone or email, we will ask you to send us photos of the damaged product and packaging to aid us in a shipping claim. We will replace damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order after receiving the requested photos. 

Instructions for Returns and Exchanges and RMA

Login to your account, find your order (click View All if necessary), Click View Order under Details/RMA, then click ADD NEW RMA. Fill out the form and upload and helpful pictures if any. When you are finished click SAVE RMA and we will contact with your RMA authorization and further instruction if any.
