Excellent!
I have been looking for the little plug that goes in my cane for years. You cannot find one anywhere. I came across this company and I was so happy they offered it. I ordered the plug with the strap included... they sent it out right away. It arrived quickly. It was a little tough getting in but by using a rubber mallet it was a good press-fit and it's not coming out. Thank you so much!
