Handling & Insurance
To ensure your handmade walking canes
arrive in perfect condition, all orders qualifying for Free Shipping include a
nominal $2.00 Handling & Insurance fee. This covers professional packaging
and full transit insurance for your peace of mind. We generally ship packages
on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Shipping Cost Cap
Our Free Shipping offer covers up to
$20.00 in actual shipping costs. If the actual cost to ship your order exceeds
this amount, we will follow up with a phone call to confirm your order and
discuss the difference or offer alternatives to keep your costs as low as
possible.
