Fancy brass walking cane collars features two black grooves a brushed finish and clear coating to prevent tarnishing. With rounded over corners that help with the transition between the handle shaft and collar. The collar stands proud (see pictures for dimensions) of the handle and cane shaft which help in the event the wood expands or contracts. Four sizes to choose from.
Note these collars cannot be added to any Harvy products.

I bought this brass collar and a brass tip along with a cane shaft and handle and the walking cane company fit all the parts to the cane shaft and sized the length for the brass tip for me at no charge, Scott was very helpful in making my project a success. Thank you Dan

Great fit and finish!
I used this to build a custom walking stick. It really looked great, and made joining the two pieces easy!

A:
Charlie,
Hank you for the question. The 1" collar is for a 1" thick cane shaft but the collar is a bit bigger then 1" OD and the edges are beveled down to 1" the inside diameter is actually 7/8" so the end of the cane shaft would need to be 7/8" diameter by 3/4" long.
You can also look at all the pictures there are some drawing with dimensions that will help further then my description here.
