To return an item you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please fill out this form completely and agree to the return policy at the bottom by checking the box. We will respond to your request in 24 hours with an RMA number, and further instructions. Note: returning purchases with out an RMA number will be declined and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new cane you may return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in a new condition and has not been modified.
A cane that has been shortened from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that has been modified. After 30 days items may not be returned.

During the hoildays any cane purchased from October through December 24th is returnable up to January 24th, to recieve this extended return policy you MUST let us know by using the comment box by stating this is a gift,

Custom work or custom made items are not returnable, see Custom Work below.


If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your credit.


If the purchase price of any item(s) is over $250 or the item has been modified there is a 30% restocking fee. Walking Cane shorter than 32" are not returnable.


We'll issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. We do not issue cash refunds.

Warranty


All items are covered for a 6 months warranty against manufacturers defects. All items must be sent back to our location at the buyers expense. We recommend insuring your package against loss by the carrier and using a carrier that provides trace-ability. An item that has been dropped on the ground will not be covered under this warranty. All items will be inspected from us and we will determine if the item is broken from a manufacturers defect. If the item has been broken from a manufacturers defect we will replace item. Refunds will not be given for broken items. If something is broken or damaged and there is a visible mark from falling on the ground this damage will not be covered under warranty.

WalkingCaneCo.com will gladly size your cane to the length you desire free of charge. If we fail to size your cane WalkingCaneCo.com is not responsible for any shipping charges if you choose to send the cane back for sizing or refund. Any cane cut to shorter than 32" is not returnable.

 

Addtional Information

 

Make sure the cane you are returning is in the same condition you received it, make sure there no damage such-as scratches, dings and so on. Package the product well before shipping, we are not going to give any refunds for damage caused by poor packing, if the box rattles it’s not packaged well. We also recommend insuring your return item against shipping damage.
Be sure to inspect the product you are returning to us, returning a damage cane is only going to cost you more money in shipping it to us and then return shipping to you if you decide you want the damaged product back.

 

Wood varies from piece to piece in the same species, based on color and wood grain, some of the woods we use are becoming very rare and difficult to find. Close match wood substitution will be used at our discretion. We try to maintain current pictures on our web site of our products, but some based on wood grain, color, or style variations may be declined.

 

Custom Work includes all items made to customers specifications, such-as custom handles, extra long shafts, precious metal work and special machining. There are no refunds for custom work. We will try are best to give the customer what they want and make small Adjustment / modification after the job is complete if we feel the request is reasonable. In this case the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with altering custom work.
